Meanwhile, the Ministry of National Defense is tasked to work with relevant agencies to draft legal documents on the implementation of other laws which will take effect on July and submit the implementation plans to the Prime Minister for approval.
In the coming time, the Defense Ministry will organize activities to disseminate the Law and provide detailed guidance documents to help raise the efficiency of the law and effectiveness of the implementation.
From 2020 to 2025, the ministry will be responsible for building a project and plan on restructuring the present Vietnam coast guard training center to realize the Party’s viewpoints on the strategy for the sustainable development of the marine economy by 2030, with a vision toward 2045.
