Senior Colonel Pham Duc Hoai, Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and member of the Council on Law Education and Dissemination, led the delegation to work with the unit.
On behalf of the delegation, addressing the event, Senior Colonel Pham Duc Hoai highlighted that the inspection aims to evaluate the law dissemination, military discipline observance and implementation of Project 1371 in the unit so as to make recommendations to the Central Military Commission, MND to better conduct the work while multiplying outstanding models in these fields.
Reportedly, over the past time, the Quang Ninh provincial Border Guard Command’s Party Committee and Chain-of-command have effectively implemented the law dissemination work. They have also focused on raising its troops’ awareness and competence to carry out the work in the areas where they are stationed. Therefore, it has helped promote troops’ and public responsibility in law observance.
