In his speech after the exercise, Lt. Gen. Nguyen Doan Anh highly valued the school’s strict observance of higher levels’ directions and instructions, good management of the exercise, and building appropriate plans that were close to training goals.

He highly praised the solidarity, responsibility, and spirit of overcoming difficulties of the school during the exercise, though it was the first time the school had organized such a battalion-level integrated exercise with live-fire contents.

The deputy chief of the General Staff also applauded participating forces for their high sense of responsibility, thoroughly grasping of the exercise plan, and completion of all assigned duties.

Gen. Anh asked competent agencies to document the exercise’s lessons and popularize them to other military academies and schools to study in order to ensure the quality, effectiveness, and absolute safety of their future exercises.

Gen. Anh also requested the leadership of military academies and schools to lead their units to flexibly and creatively apply lessons and researched documents to their training. In addition, military academies and schools should actively exchange and share experience with each other and continue to adjust training programs to be close to combat reality and combat readiness and training requirements.
