GDP leader visits Military Institute of Traditional Medicine
PANO – Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics (GDP) of the Vietnam People’s Army visited and offered Lunar New Year (Tet) greetings to the Military Institute of Traditional Medicine on January 19.
Last year, the institute overcame difficulties and accomplished all of its key political missions, including the successful organization of the 15th congress of its Party Committee for the 2020-2025 period and the operation of its central building.

Acknowledging the institute’s achievements in 2020, General Phuong urged it to continue to strictly observe combat readiness and duties, carefully prepare infrastructure and equipment, and promote COVID-19 prevention and control, especially during the 13th National Party Congress.
The unit should care for the spiritual and material lives of troops and their families, especially during the upcoming Tet holiday and carry out other policy-related activities, General Phuong added.
The GDP leader asked the institute to boost internal solidarity and fulfill all assigned missions.
Ahead of the 2021 Lunar New Year, on behalf of the GDP leadership, General Phuong extended his best wishes to the institute’s cadres, soldiers, laborers and their families.
