In implementing Directive No.82/CT-BQP and Plan No.3453/KH-TCHCKT, the Hanoi Capital Military Command has coordinated with relevant agencies under the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services to promptly carry out directions from higher authorities and ensure timely logistical and technical support for the A80 mission. The command has also coordinated with the Staff and the Department of Barracks (under the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services) to inspect electrical safety, lightning protection, and fire prevention at the barracks of Infantry Regiment 692, to support Military Region 5 forces participating in the A80 task.

In addition, the unit has requested the Hanoi Power Corporation (EVN Hanoi) to ensure stable power supply for training, rehearsals, joint exercises, and the official parade. It has also worked closely with the Hanoi Municipal Department of Health to assess the epidemic situation in the area and assisted in drafting medical response plans, which have been submitted to the Hanoi Municipal People’s Committee. Medical station maps and plans have been drawn up for Ba Dinh Square and the streets along the parade route, including locations for emergency tents and treatment posts.

The Department of Logistics and Technical Services has also coordinated with Hanoi’s Departments of Agriculture and Environment to conduct on-site surveys of proposed mobile toilet installation sites. The plan includes providing around 1,150 mobile toilets to serve the A80 mission.
