2017 whole-army tank-armored technical contest concludes
PANO - The 2017 whole-army tank-armored technical contest wrapped up on September 29 at Tank-Armored Brigade 574 of Military Region 5.
During the two-month long event, 36 tank-armored units in the whole army competed in four categories, namely general knowledge of tank-armored technical work, good tank-armored equipment and weapons management and exploitation, technical day activities and technical initiatives. All the units completed the contents, meeting all the requirements of the contest.
Addressing the closing ceremony held by the Arm-level Technical Department of the General Department of Technical Services of the Vietnam People’s Army, Lieutenant General Le Quy Dam, the general department’s director affirmed that the outcomes of the contest encouraged technical cadres and staff in the whole army to further raise their responsibility in working, studying and living. The contest also contributed to strengthening the equipment and weapons management and exploitation capacity of technical units.
At the end of the contest, the organizers presented Flags to 36 first, second and third groups.
