The film was completed to mark the 70th founding anniversary of the LPA. It is a vivid sign of cooperation between the two militaries, contributing to tightening solidarity and special friendship between the two Parties, States, and peoples, he added.

Under the authorization of the Director of the VPA’s General Department of Politics, Vietnamese Defense Attaché to Laos Tao Van Thai presented 35 Dell computers, 25 laptops, 35 HP printers, 25 Viewsonic projectors, and 25 70''x70'' projector screens to the LPA’s Political Theory School to help it improve its training and learning quality.

On behalf of the Department of Information and Education, troops, and people of Laos, Saisamone Salapseng, head of the Lao Department of Information and Education, expressed his thanks to the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense, the Department of Information and Education under the General Department of Politics, and the VPA's Cinema Center for their support to complete the documentary. It will be used to disseminate information and contribute to political-ideological education for Lao troops and people, he noted.

This was a meaningful gift for the LPA, helping expand solidarity between the two nations and militaries.
