Foreign defense and military attachés visit Signal College
PANO – A delegation of foreign and military attaché corps, led by Colonel Paranvir Singh Punia, Indian Defense Attaché and Colonel Mpiwa Kgotso Abiel, South African Attaché, visited the Vietnamese Signal College on April 5, during their field trip to Khanh Hoa province.
At the meeting, leaders of the Signal College briefed the delegation on its history, tradition and training program. The delegation took the chance to see the school’s training facilities and the Hall of Fame.

The Signal College belongs to the Defense Ministry’s school system, which is mainly tasked with training signal cadets. In recent years, the school has been invested considerably by the Defense Ministry in terms of both materials and humans. The school has comparatively modern training facilities and other projects. Hundreds of lecturers and cadets have been sent abroad for further studies.
Major General Nguyen Hoang Tuyen, Rector of the Signal College, wished that foreign countries will continue their support and cooperation with the school so that it could excellently accomplish all assigned tasks.
On the schedule, the delegation of defense and military attachés will also visit Cam Ranh International Seaport and go sightseeing in Nha Trang city.
