Hosting the welcome ceremony were representatives from the Department of External Relations of Hai Phong city, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command, the Coast Guard Region 1 Command, the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of National Defense, the city’s Military Command, and Chinese Embassy in Vietnam. After that, the Vietnamese delegation visited the Chinese ship.

During their visit, the Chinese delegation will pay a courtesy call on the city’s leaders and hold talks with the Vietnam Coast Guard. The crew will visit the Coast Guard Region 1 Command and participate in a friendly sporting activity with Vietnamese troops; as well as go sightseeings in Hai Phong city and Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh province), a World Natural Heritage site.
