In response, Luo said China is ready to support the feasibility report for the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway project, collaborate on the planning of the Dong Dang - Hanoi and Mong Cai - Ha Long - Hai Phong railway routes, back railway staff training, and expedite the repair and maintenance of the Vietnam-China Friendship Palace.
