Turkey wants to promote cooperation with Vietnam
PANO - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dang Minh Khoi had a call on June 23 with his Turkish counterpart Sedat Unal to discuss measures to boost bilateral relations in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the talk, the two diplomats expressed delight at the positive development of their bilateral multifaceted cooperation, especially economically. They agreed to raise the efficiency of their collaboration in politics-diplomacy, trade, investment, among others.
The Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and his Turkish counterpart agreed that the two countries will give priority to preparing a visit to Vietnam by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the eighth meeting of the joint committee, and the fourth political consultation between the two foreign ministries.
They emphasized the need to create favorable conditions and have suitable avenues for businesses of the two countries to meet and seek investment and cooperation opportunities in order to promote their economic ties during and after the pandemic.
