The host expressed his hope that the Cuban N.A. Chairman’s visit would enhance mutual understanding, further strengthen the solidarity between the two sides, and open up practical cooperation opportunities between Hung Yen and Cuban localities in health care, education and training, high-tech agriculture, processing industries, and culture - tourism.

For his part, Esteban Lazo expressed appreciation for the warm welcome and praised Hung Yen’s socio-economic achievements, noting it as one of Vietnam’s fast-growing localities.
