Manpower Group to help Vietnam develop human resources
PANO – On June 20, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) and the United States’ Manpower Group, an American multinational human resource consulting firm, signed the fourth Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand their cooperation on developing human resources in Vietnam.
Addressing the signing ceremony, MoLISA’s Deputy-Minister Doan Mau Diep held that after 10 years implementing the MoUs between the two sides, their cooperation has witnessed remarkable developments. With experience of a long-lasting multinational human resource consulting firm, Manpower has accompanied the MoLISA in researching, consulting, and educating programs, contributing to completing the database on the labor market, connecting employers and employees and improving Vietnamese workers’ capacity.
In the 2018-2020 period, the two sides plan to boost cooperation on improving workers’ awareness and expertise, especially about the Industrial Revolution 4.0, enhancing experience sharing with overseas labor markets and so on.
