Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that the Vietnam Military History Museum is home to many artifacts and documents, featuring the national history of construction, thereby disseminating the history and traditions of the military and Vietnamese people. It also displays documents, artifacts and images featuring the support of international friends to the country in the past, including Cuba.

For his part, Mr. Roberto Morales Ojeda affirmed the importance of the visit to Vietnam, especially as the Vietnamese National Assembly (N.A.) high-ranking delegation has just ended its official visit to Cuba, and Vietnam organized many meaningful activities in celebration of its National Reunification Day (April 30). He also spoke highly of the sound cooperation between the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense and Ministry of the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces.

He noted that the museum plays an important role in storing the history of each nation, while underscoring the importance of disseminating and educating patriotism among people, especially among youths.
