PANO - The Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) and the Military-run Telecom Group (Viettel) on December 10th signed an agreement on developing a new Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
CRM is a high-tech system in the banking sector, built by a domestic Information Technology company.
The new system is hoped to help MB create more business opportunities. It allows the bank to implement multi-channel communications with customers, as well as provide sales support through hand-held Android and iOS devices.
Addressing the signing ceremony, MB’s General Director, Major General Le Cong, said that modern technology always plays an important role in the development strategy of MB. He hoped that the new CRM system will provide the best services for customers in the coming time.
Viettel’s CRM is expected to provide features suitable for the business environment in Vietnam, as well as cutting operational costs by a third compared with imported systems.
