Reference exchange rate sustains upward trend on March 25
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,847 VND/USD on March 25, up 16 VND from March 24 morning.
With the current trading band of +/-5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 26,089 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,605 VND/USD.

At major commercial banks, the opening-hour rates also went up.
At 8:30 am, Vietcombank and BIDV listed the buying rate at 25,460 VND/USD and the selling rate 25,820 VND/USD, both up 40 VND from the previous day’s morning.
