Reference exchange rate stays stable on February 25
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the U.S. dollar at 24,646 VND/USD on February 25, unchanged from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,878 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,414 VND/USD.

At 8:19am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,290 VND/USD and the selling rate 25,650 VND/USD, down 50 from February 24.
Meanwhile, BIDV cut both rates by 60 VND, listing the buying rate at 25,290 and the selling rate at 25,650 VND.
