Long Duc Ltd. Company, a joint venture of the three Japanese Companies of Sojitz Corporation, Daiwa House Industry, Kobelco Eco-Solution and the Vietnamese Company of Donafood, will start to build the Long Duc Industrial Park on March 19th in Dong Nai Province.
The Director of the Ltd. Pham Nhat Hanh said that the joint-venture will invest some US$100million to build the industrial park, which covers 281ha in Long Duc Commune, Long Thanh District.
According to the sources close to the joint venture, the Japan partners hold 88 per cent of the total shares in it, while the Vietnamese Company holds the remainder.
Under the plan, the construction of the industrial park will be wrapped up in the beginning of the third quarter of 2013.
So far, there have been about 30 industrial parks in the southern province, which occupy more than 9,500 ha in aggregate.
The land rent in the province is around US$71 per square metre on average.
