PANO - The Hai Phong municipal Border Guard Command has implemented drastic measures to join nationwide efforts in lifting the European Commission (E.C.)’s “yellow card” on illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing, resolutely combating and strictly handling violations. Notably, the unit has innovated dissemination work by applying information technology, making legal education for fishermen more practical and highly effective.
