Accordingly, this year’s festival, themed “New chapter for a wonder”, will be held at the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center and Square in Ha Long city from November 11- 17.

Within the framework of the program, a series of activities will be held, including a circus street parade, a circus show, and a workshop on circus and tourism development.
Noteworthy is an exhibition on trade and tourism promotion, and a gastronomy festival.
The program attracted the participation of over 100 performers from 20 countries, namely Mongolia, Cuba, Ethiopia, Canada, Moldova, Brazil, Germany, Tajikistan, Russia, Turkmenista (Iran), Laos, Egypt, the U.S, Japan, Mexico, Chile, Slovakia, Ukraine, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
