PANO – The Bac Ninh provincial People’s Committee recently approved a VND65 billion project to preserve and promote the values of intangible cultural heritages of quan ho (Love Duet) and ca tru (Ceremonial song) in the period of 2013-2020.

Accordingly, the project will set up cultural regulations, disseminate and popularize love duets, collect and restore ceremonial songs in Bac Ninh, teach ceremonial songs to local people, and buy equipment for the restoration of these intangible heritages.
