Accordingly, the organizers will decorate the park with real cherry blossom trees from Japan, and organize a variety of Japanese traditional activities like Yosakoi dance, taiko drums performances, etc. The highlight of the festival is a costume contest, themed “Be like a coser” for Vietnamese young people.
On the sideline of the festival, visitors will also have a chance to participate in numerous adventurous games and experience the Lunar New Year or Tet atmosphere of Vietnam.
The festival aims to introduce Japan’s cultural beauty to Vietnamese people, and promote cultural exchange between the two countries on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2016.
