The event aimed to highlight India’s cultural diversity, showcasing unique art and cultural products to the Vietnamese people. It also sought to strengthen cultural ties with the Indian community, promote India’s image to the Vietnamese community, and honor the deep-rooted friendship between the two nations.

At the fair, attendees enjoyed interesting cultural performances, an exhibition of traditional Indian saris, Indian arts and crafts, traditional handicrafts, and various Indian products.

Highlights of this year’s fair included a showcase of traditional costume from many Indian states, symbolizing India’s “Unity in Diversity,” along with Kashmiri carpets. Visitors also had the chance to experience traditional henna designs and learn about tourist destinations in India.

The cultural program featured Indian dances, traditional costume from different regions, and musical performances by members of the Indian community alongside Vietnamese students from the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center.

The fair’s culinary area featured India’s diverse cuisine, allowing visitors to enjoy famous dishes like Hyderabad’s biryani, popular Indian snacks (pakora, pani-puri), rice cakes (dosa), vegetarian dishes, and many other delicacies.
