Accordingly, the Association presented the award to writers Vo Van Nhon and Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy. Seven gift were sent to the writers Truong Gia Hoa, Nguyen Thi Thanh Long, Ton Nu Thu Thuy, La Mai Thi Gia, Le Tuan, Tran Hoai Anh, Le Thieu Nhon. Two other gifts were granted to writers Truc Phuong and Tran Thanh Phong.

On the occasion, the Association also admitted 17 new members, including some writers who attracted a lot of readers such as Nguyen Cong Ly, Phan Xuan Vien, Nguyen Tran, Ma Thien Dong, Bui Phan Thao, Dang Tuong Vy.
