The festival will recapture cultural spaces of craft villages associated with outstanding Hanoi food such as Pho, steamed roll rice pancakes, green rice flakes, and pork pies.
Beside the space for exhibition, an area for displaying and introducing products will be ensured food hygiene and safety to help visitors enjoy the dishes and better understand the value of the Hanoian cuisine through artisans and researchers’ presentations of typical Hanoian dishes.
