Accordingly, the project focuses on upgrading, embellishing, and restoring the Tien Communal House, Truong Ninh Pagoda, tombs and temples of Nguyen Trong and Nguyen Nghiem, and building a new service area, a road system to the relic, and a parking lot.

The project is to preserve and promote the values of the special national relic site as a cultural and tourist attraction of the nation, popularize the locality’s traditional cultural values, attract investment in the locality, and diversify tourism products, making contributions to local socio-economic development.
