Further popularizing cultural heritages of ethnic minorities
PANO – The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Committee of Ethnic Affairs signed an agreement on boosting activities of culture, sports, tourism, and families to ethnic minority groups in the 2017-2022 period, in Hanoi on December 12.
The agreement is to promote State management effectiveness on culture, sports, tourism, and families to ethnic minority groups in the international integration, as well as to raise the ethnic people’s awareness of seriously implementing the Party’s and State’s guidelines and policies on this field.
Besides, the two sides will further engage relevant agencies and people to contribute to preserving and upholding traditional cultural heritage, customs, and products of ethnic groups across the country.
The signing ceremony is one of the programs to implement Resolution 33-NQ/TW of the ninth Meeting of the 11th Party Central Committee on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people so as to meet the demand for national sustainable development.
