The 6-month exhibition showcased more than 100 portraits, 125 documents and objects collected by the museum, and 40 out of 200 exhibits presented by provinces and cities nationwide.
Each exhibit is a touching story about each mother's life. The exhibition commemorates and pays tribute to the mothers, as well as to the forefathers, for their contributions to the cause of national construction and defense.
During the event, the Southern Women’s Museum, the War Remnants Museum, and the Ho Chi Minh City Museum loaned 35 objects, 184 materials, 114 images, and 6 documents to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers’ Museum for display.
