The international project organized by French Institute in Vietnam and Goethe Institute in Ho Chi Minh City aims to honor the beauty of street art.

Through the paintings, audiences can understand more about the value of art and how it can beautify the city and connect people.

Five street artists from Ho Chi Minh City, including  Daos, Suby, Daes, Cresk and Kleur, have worked on the murals at Apartment 1A and 1B on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street and at an old villa at 48 Nguyen Dinh Chieu street in District 1.

Ward authority and residents living in the buildings allowed the painters to cover the walls.

The artists applied a new layer of paint to replace the old, mossy walls of the buildings. They also used cranes over 20m high to sketch the main details of the painting.

All of the artworks reflect the United Nations' sustainable development goals.
