PANO – Dam village (also known as Tay Tuu ward) in North Tu Liem district, Hanoi has been famous for not only horticulture, but also a boat racing which shows the strength and intelligence of paddlers.

The boat racing, reappearing troop training activities and combating tactics to drive foreign invaders out of the country in the Hung Kings era, is to consolidate the solidarity among people and honour the beauty of the flower planting village. The event takes place every five years from 9th to 13th of the third lunar month.

PANO would like to introduce some photos of the festival.
