The newly-launched flight is the fourth air route linking a locality of Vietnam with Seoul

The opening of this route aimed to meet increasing travel demand of passengers between the two countries and to realize the cooperation agreement on trade, tourism and aviation promotion signed by Vietnam Airlines and the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee.

The airline will operate four flights per week with Airbus A321 aircraft on this air route.

According to Luu Anh Tuan, head of the Vietnam Airlines branch in the RoK, the carrier opened the first flight linking Ho Chi Minh City with Seoul in 1993.

The newly-launched flight is the fourth air route linking a locality of Vietnam with Seoul after the Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City/Da Nang - Seoul routes, raising the total flights per week between Vietnam and the RoK to 53.

The flights from Cam Ranh airport in Nha Trang city will depart at 21:35 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, while those from Incheon airport in Seoul will take off at 6:20 (local time) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

The flight duration will take five hours each way.
