This is the annual event co-held by the Thoi Bao Kinh Te Vietnam (Vietnam Economic Times) Newspaper and the Department of Trade Promotion under the Ministry of Industry and Trade in order to honor local firms with outstanding business performance and considerable contributions to the society.

Particularly, the category of “Businesses with sustainable development” is selected from many perspectives, such as production and business activities, registered trademark protection, quality of services and products, business governance, human resources, full implementation of tax obligations, and application of technological solutions for environmental protection.

Previously on April 9, Vietnam Airlines was recognized as one of the winners of the 2018 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice awards for Airlines for Asia in 2018. The Asia list of winners this year also included other five-star airlines such as Singapore Airlines, ANA, Garuda Indonesia, and Cathay Pacific.  

With a widespread flight network featuring more than 90 routes to destinations in Vietnam and around the world, Vietnam Airlines is one of the most significant airlines in Vietnam and the region.
