The listing has been made for 2 years under directions of the Government and the ministry.

It marks Vietjet’s second consecutive year in the list.

In 2017, the airline reported VND 42 trillion in turnover and VND 5 trillion in profit after tax, up by 54% and 73% respectively, year on year.

The company has contributed more than VND 4,2 trillion to the state budget, including direct and indirect taxes, charges and fees.

The General Department of Taxation’s figures  reveal that the accumulative corporate income tax by companies in the list reaches VND 110 trillion, accounting for 65.59% of the total corporate tax.
