Accordingly, the district will develop its tourism sector by focusing on sea and spiritual tourism. Do Son has been upgrading its infrastructure to promote local spiritual and eco-tourist destinations, and historical relic sites.

During the holiday between April 30 and May 2, the district will organize a festival, entitled “Do Son - A Tourist Destination in 2017” at 8pm on April 30, featuring a wide range of art performances.

In addition, various activities, such as a dragon boat race, a women's volleyball tournament, will also be held to promote exchanges and cooperation between major tourism districts in Hai Phong city.
