Youth awarded Bravery Order by the State President
PANO - Nguy Dinh Phuc, former Secretary of Youth Union Committee and also Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union Federation of Le Loi Precinct, Central Highlands Kon Tum City on September 12th was awarded the Bravery Order by the State President, reported the People’s Committee of Kon Tum province.

PANO - Nguy Dinh Phuc, former Secretary of Youth Union Committee and also Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union Federation of Le Loi Precinct, Central Highlands Kon Tum City on September 12th was awarded the Bravery Order by the State President, reported the People’s Committee of Kon Tum province.
The Decision No 1442/QD-CTN signed by the State President Nguyen Minh Triet on August 31st, 2010 notes that “Nguy Dinh Phuc had bravely rescued people and public property, helped local people overcome consequences of the storm No9 in 2009, contributing to the cause of socialist construction and national defence”.
Accordingly, during the historic flood in Kon Tum in late 2009, Phuc risked his life to rescue 11 people from drowning and encouraged others to raise hundreds of million VND to help local people overcome consequences of the flood and stabilise their lives.
Earlier in 2006, Nguy Dinh Phuc was presented the noble Luong Dinh Cua Award, a noble prize of the Central Youth Union for excellent farmers and he also received another title by the Vietnam Youth Federation in 2009.
