Accordingly, the program honored 208 students and 6 groups of students, 60 teachers and instructors, and 17 people from the families and organizations which had contributed largely to promoting the study encouragement movement in the locality.

For years, the program has contributed to fostering the studying and teaching movement, contributing to raising the efficiency of education and training in the province as well as the quality of the provincial educational contingent.
