EVN helps poor children enjoy Lunar New Year
PANO - The Youth Union chapter of the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), in association with youths from the Huoi Quang Ban Chat Hydro Power Company and the Lai Chau Electricity Company, on February 5 presented Tet gifts to students at schools in the three disadvantaged districts of Tan Uyen, Than Uyen, and Phong Tho in Lai Chau province.

The event aims to promote meaningful activities for the community and bring a happy and warm Tet holiday to children in disadvantaged districts of Lai Chau province.
The organizers spent more than VND 350 million for gifts, including necessities, milk, clothing, blankets, shoes and so on.
The chapter will continue to work with local authorities to conduct more meaningful activities for people in Lai Chau province such as upgrading power grids, presenting school supplies for children, and medical equipment for local medical stations in the coming time.
