PANO - 32 out of 62 poor districts in the Government’s 30a program has successfully finished their mobilisation to remove dilapidated houses and build new homes for the poor, according Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affair.

Sending local labours overseas to work as guest workers has been carried out in 43 districts.

By the end of  March, 2010 1,700 workers have been exported, 1,100 labours are provided with job training to work overseas and 750 other workers who have finished training courses are preparing procedures for their working trips.

Businesses, which are entrusted to support the 62 poor districts, have committed a total assistance of VND 400 billion in 2010.
