Party Central Committee discusses draft reports on 11th plenum's second day
The Party Central Committee (PCC) discussed at the draft Political Report and the draft report on 10-year implementation of the Platform on national construction during the transitional period to socialism (revised and supplemented in 2011) at the plenary session on the morning of October 8.
The discussion was run by Tran Quoc Vuong, Politburo member and standing member of the PCC Secretariat.

In the afternoon, PCC members and other delegates worked in groups, debating the draft report on the implementation of the socio-economic strategy for 2011-2020 and building a strategy for 2021-2030; and another on the socio-economic situation during 2016-2020, along with the five-year plan for socio-economic development from 2021-2025.
The PCC’s 11th plenum opened on October 7.
