PANO – Hai Phong’s Sea Police Department, in collaboration with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Defence Ministry and the city’s Public Security have discovered a drug trafficking group who transported narcotics at sea from China.
Dao Manh Ha, 35, in Hai An district and Do Anh Tu, 25, in Le Chan district were arrested on the spot while purchasing drugs in the city. Ha was arrested and had possession of 2,000 Ectasy tablets. At their home, police collected another 230 grams of Ectasy.
Their computer and other documents were seized for extended investigation.
