PANO – Hanoi Party Committee on July 2nd reviewed the implementation of Program 04 on developing society and culture, raising the city’s manpower quality, and promoting Hanoians' elegant and civilised characteristics in the 2011-2015 period.

The five-year program has been carried out across the city and proved its effectiveness, making contributions to building up an elegant and civilized Hanoi in the eyes of domestic and international friends.

Attending the conference, Politburo Member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Pham Quang Nghi said that the program requires the involvement of all people living in Hanoi and each person could contribute to the program by doing simple things to make it more successful and effective.
