Troops of Commando Brigade 429 in training

PANO - Over the past more than 55 years of construction, combat, and development, generations of officers and troops of Commando Brigade 429 of the Commando Corps have overcome all hardships, stayed united, and courageously fought to build up the tradition of the force.

Upholding the tradition of “Self-reliance, boldness and courage, deep penetration for surprise attacks, and unity for victory,” the brigade’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command have applied different measures to build an elite, compact, strong, gradually-modernized unit which is excellent at training, strict in discipline, and ready to fight.
