Tet Pole raised by Vietnamese peacekeepers in Abyei

PANO - On the occasion of the lunar New Year (Tet) 2024, Vietnam’s Engineering Company Rotation 2 at the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) continued organizing activities for its personnel to welcome the traditional New Year.

The raising of the “cay neu” (Tet Pole) within the unit's barracks brought spiritual encouragement to the Vietnamese blue beret soldiers who are on duty far from their homeland during the traditional Tet festival.
