PANO – Annually, on the fourth day of the lunar year, local people in Dai Dong commune, Vinh Tuong district of Northern Vinh Phuc province hold the “Rice straw buffaloes and cows” festival to pray for favorable weather and abundant crops. The festival demonstrates the paddy rice culture of people in the Red River delta.
