PANO – During this training program, all preparation work has been ensured for Mi-8 helicopter of Regiment 915 of the Air Force Officer Candidate School, under the Air Defense - Air Force Service, to implement a flight training at the height of 1,200m from Tuy Hoa (Phu Yen province) to Phu Cat (Binh Dinh province).
