PANO – The first Vietnam – Laos Border Defense Friendship Exchange has concluded successfully in Huong Hoa district of Vietnam’s Quang Tri province and Sepon district of Laos’ Savannakhet province.

The event is an important milestone that has contributed to bringing Vietnam - Laos defense cooperation to a new height. Through activities within the exchange, the event has helped strengthen political trust, friendship, solidarity, and practical cooperation between border guard forces of the two countries; build a borderline of peace, friendship, stability, cooperation, and development; fail hostile forces’ allegations and wrongful viewpoints about the bilateral relations; consolidate the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
