PANO – The “Back to Dien Bien Phu – People’s Army Newspaper Cup” cycling tournament concluded on May 6 in Dien Bien Phu city after four stages of competition.

The yellow jersey of the tournament went to Yedi Misamad of Loc Troi Group, while the blue and red jerseys were snatched by Quang Van Cuong of Loc Troi Group and Ismael Grospe of the Philippines, respectively.

In terms of group prizes, the first prize went to the Ho Chi Minh City VUS team; the second to Loc Troi Group’s team and the third to the Bikelife team of Dong Nai province.

For six days, the cyclists covered the distance of nearly 500km. During the race, they created exciting competitions and conquered a lot of grandiose mountain passes of the Northwestern region with absolute safety.
