The artillery team practices for its second appearance in the International Army Games.
The competition, namely “Masters of Artillery Fire”, includes three stages of individual race, night sprint and relay race. The distance of the race is 4 km. Each battery will have to run two rounds and conduct firing with PKT machine guns, 120mm mortars, 41 mm anti-tank rocket-propelled grenade (RPG) launchers, and AK-74 assault rifles.
The inside temperature of the light multi-purpose armored towing vehicle, the MT-LB, is twice as hot as the outside temperature.

Artillery team active in training for 2021 Army Games

PANO – Amid hot and sunny weather, members of the Vietnamese artillery team are active in training in preparation for the 2021 International Army Games (2021 Army Games).

They are practicing special training contents at a combined training ground in Vinh Phuc province. The best artillery batteries will be selected to represent the Vietnam People’s Army in the games.
