Northern province's border guards perform martial arts

PANO - Chinese Defence Minister, Senior Lieutenant General Chang Wanquan, highly valued and gave some recommendations for the Lang Son provincial border troops while seeing them perform martial arts on March 29^th on the sidelines of the 3^rd Vietnam-China Border Defence Friendship Exchange.
