PANO – Over the past time, units of Thanh Hoa provincial Border Guard Command have made considerable contributions to maintaining social order and developing people’s living standards in border areas.

In addition, they have proposed that local authorities strengthen political systems at the grassroots level and mobilize residents to take part in defending security and national sovereignty over border areas.
